Warranty

Soaap Music warrants to the original end user customer of its products that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Soaap Music will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that proved defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired or replaced parts will be provided by Soaap Music on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Soaap Music is unable to repair the product, it will exchange the product with a brand new product of the same or similar model.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

This limited warranty also does not apply to any product that has not been handled or packaged correctly, or has been sold as second-hand.

This limited warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the original end user customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable.

All Soaap Music products are covered by this warranty for a period of 1 year from the date the customer receive the products.

To obtain warranty service, you need to report to us with the warranty reference number, which is the order number of your purchase, with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
